Supervise ABA Programs While Working Towards BCBA

As a Behavior Analyst at Trellis, you’ll not only have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, but you’ll also be part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast. LEARN employs over 500 BCBAs and offers services in 18 states, and our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of a BCBA and accrue indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
  • Oversee a team of Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
  • Support parent training and education
  • Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
  • BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification.  Must be able to sit for exam in 6-9 months of hire
  • Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
  • Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
  • Strong communication and writing skills
